How do I manage Auto Renewal for my orders ?

You can renew your orders automatically by enabling the Auto-Renew feature from your control panel. Before you can enable Auto-Renew for your orders, you need to have a payment method associated with your account. 

Managing Auto-Renew

Step 1: Log in to your panel. Learn How

Step 2: Navigate to Orders Dashboard.

i. Enable/Disable Auto Renew

On the orders dashboard, you can enable or disable auto-renew associated with a particular order by clicking the Auto-renew toggle. Enable auto renew

If the payment method is stored on the system auto-renewal will be enabled. If there is no payment method saved you will be asked to add a payment method. 

ii. View Orders with Auto-Renew Enabled

You can also view the list of orders which have auto-renewal enabled. 

  1. On the orders dashboard click SET TO AUTO RENEWAL to view the list of orders. View Auto Renew Orders
  2. You can also see the orders for which auto-renewal has failed by clicking Failed Auto-Renewals. This option is visible only if there are any failed orders.
Note
  • Hosting Orders which are migrated into the system will need to be explicitly set to Auto-Renew.
  • You can enable Auto-Renewal upto 7 days before the expiry date of your orders, post which if you Auto-Renewal will be enabled from the next cycle.
