Step 1: Log in to your panel. Learn How

Step 2: Navigate to the customer profile.

Search for the customer name and click it to view the customer information.

Step 3: Accessing Cutomer Account.

  • Click theaccess  icon on top of the contact card.access_customer_account
  • You will be auto logged in to the customer account and will be able to perform actions on behalf of your customer.
