Some of the common errors faced while moving orders from one customer to another:
You will encounter this error message in case the domain name is either:
- Locked/Suspended at the Registry (and not under our system)
- Contact our Support Team [email protected] to know
- the reason for Lock/Suspension and how this Lock/Suspension may be removed.
2. A transfer away for the domain name to another Registrar is under process.

Cancel the Transfer through the link listed in the email sent to the Registrant/Administrative Contact of the domain name and then perform the required modification,

Wait for the Transfer to complete and then carry out the desired modification at the New Registrar.
You will encounter this error message if the status of this Order or any other Service related to this Order is Inactive (under process) or Suspended.
You will also encounter this error if the associated Domain Registration Order is under Pending Delete Restorable status
You will encounter this error if you are attempting to move an order to a deleted Customer's account.
To successfully move this order from the current Customer, you will have to add a new Customer account.

While moving a .DE domain name, you will encounter the following error message if the customer you are moving to, does not have a .DE Contact with either the Registrant or the Administrative Contact with the country as Germany.
You will encounter the following error message when trying to Move such a domain name:
