Step 1: Log in to your panel.Learn How
Step 2:Navigate to Account and Security
Click the profile icon at the top right corner of the page and click Account and Security.
Step 3: Changing the Support Pin.
- Under the ACCOUNT SECURITY section, click View/Change next to Support Pin.
- A window will pop up displaying your four digit support pin.
- If you want to update the support pin click the
icon. - Enter the new pin, and click SAVE to change your support pin.
Tips
- Change the Support Pin on a regular basis.
- Avoid using a Support Pin that contains personal information. (social security number, birth date, etc.)
- Avoid using repetitive (1111) or sequential (1234) numbers.
- Do not disclose your Support Pin to any unauthorized person.
