What is the Operating System (OS) that is installed on my server?
We provide Windows Server 2016 Standard, Windows 2012 R2 Standard and Windows 2008 R2 as an operating system choice. You can choose the OS while purchasing the product.
Which control panels are supported on the Dedicated Server?
Unfortunately, as of now we do not support any control panels. We will soon support Odin Plesk in our addons offering.
Are there any billing panels available?
No. As of now there are no Billing panels available via our system. You can choose to purchase a license elsewhere and install it on your Dedicated server
What level of access do I get with my Dedicated Server?
You get full access via RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol), which means you have full administrative control of your server. You can manage every aspect of your server.
How long will it take for my server to be ready for use?
Our provisioning system gets your server ready in minutes, ensuring that you get access to your server instantly.
What kind of hardware do you use?
Our dedicated windows servers use the SuperMicro blade chassis, which has a small footprint with reduced power consumption and cooling requirements. These efficiencies allow us to pass cost savings down to you so your costs are kept to a minimum. Our servers are powered by Intel Xeon HyperThreaded processors, DDR3 RAM and 7200RPM SATA drives.
What kind of hard drive do you provide?
Each server comes with a 1TB/2TB (depending on your plan) hard drive pair, which is in a RAID 1 configuration. This means that your data is mirrored. Our hard drives are 7200 RPM SATA drives.
What is the speed of the network port/uplink on my server?
We allow speeds of up to 100Mbps on each server’s network port.
Can I expand the storage on my server?
Unfortunately, we do not provide an option to increase the disk capacity at the moment.
How do I access my Dedicated Server?
There are several ways to access your server:
- Remote Desktop Protocol(RDP) - Enables remote management via a secure network. (Port 3389). The details to connect to RDP will be mentioned in your order details page
- Dedicated Server Control Panel - You can perform frequent operations, such as Stopping, Starting and Restarting your server through our web-based control panel, which comes bundled with every server

Our Windows Dedicated Servers are located in GPX data center - Mumbai, India
How many IPs do I get with the Windows Dedicated Server?
One default IP along with 2 additional free IPs are included in all of our Windows Dedicated Servers.
What is the backup policy?
You are responsible for your backups and web content. It is recommended that you keep copies of your content safe and make your own backups. You can use a remote backup solution.
