What is the Operating System (OS) that is installed on my server?

We provide Windows Server 2016 Standard, Windows 2012 R2 Standard and Windows 2008 R2 as an operating system choice. You can choose the OS while purchasing the product.

Which control panels are supported on the Dedicated Server?

Unfortunately, as of now we do not support any control panels. We will soon support Odin Plesk in our addons offering.

You can perform frequent operations, such as Stopping, Starting and Restarting your server through our web-based control panel. Follow the steps below to access your Dedicated Server Windows Server Management Panel.

Step 1: Log in to your control panel. Learn how

Step 2: Navigate to the Order Information view.

Type the Domain Name of the order in the search field on the homepage, select Order from the drop down and click on Search.

Step 3: Access the Server Management Panel.
