Step 1: Log in to your control panel. Learn how

Step 2: Navigate to the Order View.

Search the domain name of the VPS server order and select the domain to view the order information.

Step 3: Manage Storage.

i. Add Storage

  1. In the order information view, under BLOCK STORAGE section click Buy More

  2. Click Buy Additional Storage.
  3. Select the size of the volume or enter a custom value and also select the duration you would like to purchase the volume for.

    Note

The expiry date of the volume will be independent of the VPS expiry. The volume will be active till the duration you select from the date of purchase.

  4. Click the Pay with Wallet or Pay Online button, depending on your mode of payment.

  5. Proceed to pay for the invoice generated.

    Note

Once the payment is completed, the provisioning takes about 30 mins. To avoid any configuration hassles and to make a volume ready for use, we not only attach it but also automatically mount it on that server.

However, if you have custom configurations on your servers that prevent the volume from mounting automatically you may have to mount the volume manually on the server. Learn how.
