Changing your Support Pin

Step 1: Log in to your panel.Learn How.

Step 2:Navigate to Profile and Security.

Click the  profile icon at the top right corner of the page and click Profile and security.

Step 3: Changing the Support Pin.

  1. Under the ACCOUNT SECURITY section, click View/Change next to Support Pin.change-support-pin
  2. A window will pop up displaying your four digit support pin.
  3. If you want to update the support pin click the edit_icon icon.
  4. Enter the new pin, and click SAVE to change your support pin.

​​​​​​Tips for securing your password :

  • Change the Support Pin on a regular basis.
  • Avoid using a Support Pin that contains personal information. (social security number, birth date, etc.)
  • Avoid using repetitive (1111) or sequential (1234) numbers.
  • Do not disclose your Support Pin to any unauthorized person.
