Email Notifications

Email notifications regarding Auto-Renewal are sent as below

  • Advance notice about attempting Auto-Renewal for orders that are about to expire (sent 3 days in advance of attempting Auto-Renewal)

  • Confirmation email when wallet balance have been successfully charged to renew the Order(s),

What is Auto-Renewal

Demo Registrar's Auto-Renewal feature allows you to let the system automatically renew an order before it expires. An Order will be Auto-Renewed for a duration equivalent to the tenure for which the order was purchased or last renewed.

Note

Automatic Renewal of Digital Certificates is not possible since a Certificate Signature Request (CSR) is required to completed the renewal process.

Add Funds To Your Account

You can add funds to your wallet balance from the Webpro Panel. These funds can be used to purchase new products and settle your existing invoices. We have integrated payment gateways within the panel so that you can add funds to your account easily via your Visa/Master Card. Follow the steps below to add funds to your account. 

Adding Your Logo

You can display your company logo on the customer panel and knowledgebase instead of your company name. To customize your customer control panel and upload your logo follow the steps below. 

Tip

You need to have the logo file in a .jpg or .png format before you proceed to the steps.
